1. Information we collect

• Contact details you provide at checkout or when booking a consultation: name, business name, email, phone and website address.
• Service content: the update requests, files and messages you share in your client group.
• Billing information: payments are processed by our payment provider; full card numbers never touch our servers. (In this prototype, everything is stored only in your own browser’s LocalStorage.)

2. How we use it

To deliver the service you’ve purchased: assigning your specialist, making the changes you request, sending service and billing emails, and responding to enquiries. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. Website access and credentials

We ask for access via collaborator or staff invites with limited permissions, or via a password manager’s secure sharing link. We never ask for passwords over plain email and never store credentials in plain text. Access is limited to the specialists working on your website and is removed when you cancel.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the service (payment processing, email delivery, and the messaging platform used for your client group), each bound by their own privacy obligations, or where required by law.

5. Retention and your rights

We keep account data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@eromatech.com. In this prototype, you can clear all data instantly from your browser’s site settings.
